Pastor Don Modglin continues in Luke chapter 6 and the beattitudes. The next two he speaks about are Blessed are those who weep and blessed are those who are excluded for Christ. These beattitues are 180 degrees in perspective when compared to what is important to the world.

No one likes to weep or morn.
Do not groan or complain so that we can be lights of the world.
Be sensitive to the pain that sin causes in this world.
We can be angry at others sin and ignore our own sin.
Matthew 7:3 speck in someone else's eye
Blessed are those who recognize their sin.
Psalm 32 his body wasted away because of his sin. He asked for forgiveness and he was cleansed and fulfilled.
He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, confess your sin and you will prosper
True joy is in forgiveness
4- Blessed are those who are excluded
Do we compromise our faith to be included in the world
Acts 9:16 suffer for Gods sake.
There is suffering involved in the Christian life
Suffering is part of the deal, but He will bless us for it.
The good news - your reward is great in heaven!
